Many Many Many Korean Pictures
Hey everybody...so after looking at all of our pictures from Korea, I realized that publishing them on my blog probably wasn't the most effective way to share with everybody. Wow, that wedding looked very cool.
And in that restaurant you went to after your boring speech, of all the dishes in the x-course meal (where x = an unreasonably high number), I thought the beef sashimi looked the best. They all looked good, but I've been on a raw beef kick ever since I ate the best steak tartare EVER in a restaurant in Paris a couple of times. Plus, the risk of mad cow makes you feel kind of like eating it is a extreme sport!

Yeah, I was really surprised at how good the beef sashimi was. When it first came out, Annie said something like "you've been so good at eating everything so far, and you don't want to break the streak right?" But it was really tasty...had some kind of soy sauce based seasoning, and it was very good quality meat. Sadly Korea is mad-cow-free since they won't import beef from Britain, Canada, or the US, so I didn't get the endorphin rush. :)
